Dr. Michael Robin graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now part of Salus University) in 1984.  Upon graduation, he spent four years as a Staff Optometrist at Kimborough Army Hospital in Fort Meade, MD.  He has maintained a private practice at Ellicott City Eye Care since 1994.  Areas of interest include complicated contact lens fittings as well as routine eye care for the entire family.

Dr. Robin is affiliated with Dr. Anthony Kameen, TLC  Laser Centers, and Omni Eye Specialists to co-manage pre-and post-operative care of LASIK, cataracts, and glaucoma.

Dr. Robin and Ellicott City Eye Care’s involvement in the community include team sponsorships at the Kiwanis Park, mentoring high school and college students, and membership and participation in VOSH (Volunteers in Optometry to Serve Humanity), an international program which provides eye exams, glasses, and medical treatment to the poor in areas where these services are unavailable or unaffordable.
